I called, got a quote and made an appointment for the following morning between 10-11. He took down my address, phone number, and make/model of my car. I was then told that I would be called 30 minutes prior to arrival. I called around 12:20 pm (an hour and a half past the latest scheduled time) for an estimated arrival time and no one answered.
