Please be warned about the two ladies checking in people. I didn’t know that you were supposed to check in. My son was already in the appointment so I was looking at the doors to see where I go. I have cerebral palsy in a spinal injury and when I turned around, I kinda got off balanced in a head, the corner of the wall on accident with my hand in my cell phone I went to the chair and I waited patiently until they called me. They never answer the phone. Then you drive over there and there just sitting there. Dr Padilla is never there they always cancel your appointments then tell you looks like we haven't seen you in a year and a half. Well yeah you always cancel on me

Doctors are fine, but the assistant staff up front are rude, inconsiderate, and don’t appear to care about patients health or wellbeing. Policy states 10 minutes late to appointment have to reschedule, my wife was 7 minutes late and was told she had to reschedule her appointment because there were other patients to tend to. Empty parking lot and waiting room say otherwise.
