Appreciated the attorney explaining everything in detail! However, Brian, at reception was very rude. All I asked was to be sent a list via email/ text of what was included in the service after speaking with the attorney, so I had it down. Refused to send that information to me unless I was going to go with them and sign/ pay a retainment contract. Due to that interaction I will be continuing to look at other firms. Thank you to the attorney that I spoke with! Brian, get a better pitch and attitude.
