If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I was talked into getting the most expensive service. $150. The man at intake was kind and seemed trustworthy, allowing me to pick out the fragrance in advance. Cashier was also very friendly. However, after the service, I was shocked to find that my floors and seats were incredibly damp. The man with the two Dobermans said to leave my car doors open for several hours for two days to get them dry.
