Common sense should've warned me at the door where the first sign to greet you says "CASH ONLY!!!" 'NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS'. -And likely no taxes paid either. I'm very disappointed with my service. Everything started out great but it looks like we were caught in the middle of drama. The car took longer than expected, we had to loan a car from them after our insurance rental expired. They crushed my remote start key didn't tell me and replaced it with a regular key and did not correct it. Also we have a missing part that was ordered but the owner refuses to give it to me. I highly recommend Las Vegas Auto Body based on exceptional and above and beyond customer service from Dave. Their service included a loaner car while my van was under repair. Dave communicated clearly with each procedure to expedite the repair process and was prompt in responding. My van was returned in an excellent condition like new. It was a refreshing experience to know that customer service is still done with integrity.
