Amazing gym, very clean and staff is very professional .. my new home.
There are many things I enjoy about this location. The staff are consistently friendly, the variety of equipment is impressive, and amenities like the juice bar and sauna elevate the experience beyond that of a typical gym. On paper, it has all the ingredients of a five-star facility. Unfortunately, cleanliness is where the illusion begins to crack. Emily Warren at LVAC is honestly one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever worked with. She has a calm, focused energy and is completely locked in on your progress. She took the time to understand where I was, built a plan around my goals and capability, and kept every session dialed in on proper form, pacing, while making sure I was resting correctly between sets.
