HOA doesn't seem to do much outside of making landscaping for the buildings fronting the streets look nice. Buildings have 40+ year old water pipes branching to each unit, rust is a major problem. The HOA has been made up of the same people year after year, and nothing is ever done proactively to address infrastructure or other issues. HOA has a history of holding phone meetings which is against open meetings laws. There are few if any community activities. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a condo community
