Great HOA experience. Nice pool facilities.

WORST HOA in history. All they do is need money. I’d definitely warn people that you can’t do anything at your own home they basically own it. But if you do just get ready to have a stack of cash to give them. BE WARNED. This place really is awful. I have so much regret living here.
