EDIT: I contacted executive management on 07/23/2026requesting a review of our situation after my father-in-law passed away and our $500 deposit was retained. I have still not received any response. We are extremely disappointed with our experience. My father-in-law passed away on July 8 after a terminal illness. Prior to his passing, he had reserved an RV site for October through April.
