As of October 2026, AMLI is the new owner; so I have taken down my review on Las Positas. About AMLI (let me make it clear: this is the new AMLI that used to be Las Positas), I do not see anything has changed or has been updated around the apartments (except the AMLI signs that were put up). They did have a nice welcoming get together at the Clubhouse. One thing, in my opinion, is that they should have hired a new front office receptionist. They kept the one that is there, but not there. The leasing agent was great and when we toured the apartments, they were so spacious and clean. It looks to be ran superbly well. We will definitely be back.
Friendly and attentive staff. Great amenities and good location.
