Update 2/27/2024: The office has taken in our concern for our cars. They did put cameras up; which I am thankful for. Since then, no problems. (We still had to take ours down). The dog park area is now getting cleaned. Not as many dog droppings as before. The cost's, as I mentioned below, are still the same. The Spectrum one is really such a pain, since we do not use it, but still get charged. And when we did use it in the beginning for about 3 months, the Wi-Fi always had an issue. I’ve been a resident at Las Positas for four years, and I absolutely love the location—so close to everything! The community is always clean, and I’m especially a big fan of the gym. It’s a great size, very private, and perfect for my workouts. The maintenance team does an amazing job keeping everything spotless, and Susie is wonderful to work with—always helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to call home!
Openly discriminates against the disabled. Yet another request for access simply ignored. Clearly I’m being gaslighted. I’m having trouble understanding EQUAL ACCESS. It would imply affecting change of some kind.. HORRID MANAGEMENT- SCAM- READ ALL BAD REVIEWS FAIR HOUSING POLICY BELOW- contradicts not providing second lift WATER IS STILL YELLOW Hopefully you find a better option DISABILITY ALERT- It is NOT accessible.
