Excellent property, great staff
Property needs upgrades, everything looks and smells old. Also there were bugs flying around in the unit I toured. Also the leasing agent really wasn’t trying to sell the property.
I’ve been living here for 3 years and I can’t recommend it enough! The community is wonderful, and I’ll definitely be renewing my lease. The front office is amazing—Susie has gone above and beyond to help me, even when I first applied. It’s great to see some familiar faces from the old staff—it really makes it feel like home. The maintenance team is fast, friendly, and always helpful. We’ve noticed some changes with AMLI recently and are excited—everything has been amazing! As of October 2025 (my previous post had 2026 as a mistake, and I was corrected :D), AMLI is the new owner; so I have taken down my review on Las Positas. About AMLI (let me make it clear: this is the new AMLI that used to be Las Positas), I do not see anything has changed or has been updated around the apartments (except the AMLI signs that were put up).
