I don’t know why I came back, but i did. Again, I left unsatisfied ! I came to rent tables, chairs, jumper and wanted to purchased two piñatas. She informed me of an amount for delivery. (Once she was totaling the amount) I let her know that she did not charge that specify amount last time. She stated that she was charging it, and if I liked it good, and if I didn’t, I didn’t have to go through her. Long story short… I left. And she was okay losing the sale and a customer. Her professionalism is poor.
The Señora at the counter was very helpful. I had tried two other stores looking for a farm animal piñata for my son’s birthday party theme and this was the only shop that Had what I was looking for. Quality of the piñata was excellent even the teenagers at the party had a hard time breaking it open. Highly recommend this shop.
This is a great party rental store. I always get my chairs and my tables from them really good pricing compared to other businesses in the area I believe it’s family owned the guy Saul is always really communicative and on time highly recommend.
