Only one employee at the front desk attending to all patients. She’s drawing blood and assisting as a nurse. I’ve been at the office 2 hours waiting just to get some labs done. You should really consider hiring a few more staff members. Not happy with this experience!

He and his team—Ramon and Lily—are incredibly attentive and provide the best care I could ask for when it comes to my family.
