We had my sisters 50th birthday here just a day ago and we are so happy with how it went. The set up was beautiful and perfect for the 150 people. Crystal was amazing and helped us every step of the way! Everyone from the waitstaff, bartenders, and security were wonderful! Zero complaints about the customer service here. They gave us extra time to set up in the morning and when we shut down at 1 there was zero rush to get out. Everyone was friendly, very communicative with us, and helped us pack up at the end. I do not recommend this place for party's the employees plus security make you hurry up and pack up because they dont get paid to wait for you, I mean the pressure was HORRIBLE I WAS SO MADE AT THE SECURITY THAT WANTED US TO STOP THE MUSIC ALMOST 45 MINS BEFORE THE CONTRACT ENDED NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE PLUS I WILL MAKE THIS KNOWN ALL OVER TUCSON AND SURROUNDING AREAS SO PEOPLE WONT RENT THAT PLACE,IT TAKES US 2 HOURS TO SET UP AND 2 HOURS TO TEARDOWN, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES I DONT KNOW HOW YOUR IN BUSINESS HO... read more
