As a resident- maintenance needs not met. Besides structure issues, some tenants like to start drama And be catty so if you move here it’s best to keep to yourself. HIGH TURNOVER of MGMT!!!!! It’s unreal how many mgmt personnel have been hired and fired. I don’t know if the higher ups are listening to the complaining, miserable heffers who have lived at the property for 15+ years and think they own the place? Or if Eden housing Human Resources is that bipolar to keep hiring and firing onsite managers (or assistant managers) ... read more
This apartment always has a banner on the outside of their complex that says "renting" with a phone number and when you go to their website they have a posting that says "one bedroom available" "two bedrooms available" BUT WHEN YOU CALL THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO APARTMENTS AVAILABLE!! So ridiculous if you don't have any vacancies JUST REMOVE THE ADVERTISEMENT!
