I was treated with compassion by the staff da when I was in crisis. I wish I knew the names of everyone who helped me, because they each deserve a shoutout. They made me feel safe. Any questions I had were answered politely. My medical condition was diagnosed and I have been very well-informed about what to do about it. I feel empowered and optimistic. I would absolutely recommend this emergency room.
Te dejan esperando demasiado tiempo, pérdida de tiempo
I was a patient there this past Saturday morning and I just wanted to come share my experience. I was taken to the back right away and attended to quickly. RN Patty and RN Joy helped make this a enjoyable experience given the circumstance. They were extremely efficient, kind and compassionate and made me feel seen, heard and understood. John over in Xray was very kind and accommodating as well. 10/10 experience for myself.
