The service at the hospital was quick. It wasn't packed like most emergency rooms would be packed. There's slight hangup I have is the VA. Hospitals don't really communicate well with outside hospitals which needs to be corrected. I'm still waiting for my medication but it's not on the emergency room that I went to. It's not on Las Palma's, but the VA is slow. Again, two fix and correct?That's just my honest assessment

Horrible emergency room .. I took my son in who’s only 2 months old he was breathing weird and I stated that to the front nurse and he hit me with “well he looks fine to me” while he was in the car seat … made him take my baby back turns out he had RSV and was retracting and needed to be admitted … when we got out the hospital his breathing started looking funny again so I took him back and now a girl nurse in the front told me just to take him back to the main hospital they couldn’t see him since he was already admitted whi... read more

Cassy was my nurse today and I had the best experience so far! I didn’t have to do paperwork she came out and took me to a room not even 5 min of entering the hospital! Treated me quickly with doctor McElaney for the flu B! I’m a little baby when it comes to hospitals or sickness in general, but they never made me feel like my case wasn’t important just because it was the flu!Excellent team!
