Walked in here with sharp pain on my right leg after getting bit by a spider in less than 10 minutes I was out . Doctor refused to do any additional exams. They did not even check my vitals . They already don't have enough doctors in El Paso and the ones they have left are negligent just collecting a paycheck .

I have taken my family here a a few times and have always had excellent care. We will not go anywhere else if possible. Unfortunately we have experienced other Emergency rooms across town and this one is the best by far - from minor issues to very serious ones. As an experienced emergency room Nurse myself (though I never tell them) I feel this is the best free standing ER on the west side.

Please do not go here. Family member came in crying with a broken bone and had to wait to be serviced while a worker and a patient casually participated in conversation with no regard on this new trauma. Left this place to go to a proper ER with more professional service.
