Parking situation sucks . Letters are hard to read , if you live there you get 1 parking spot and you gotta basically fight to secure 1 more . Tenants can’t even park in guest spots without getting towed (yes towed) it’s ridiculous…. Kids litter a ton and not watched by adults . Cars get damaged by kids in scooters and playing with balls . Whole apartment complex is drenched in German roaches and haven’t seen an exterminator in roughly 2 years . Prices go up every year but absolutely no improvement done to units and it shows... read more
