Do NOT buy in this neighborhood. The houses are built so poorly. I've known numerous people in the neighborhood whose homes have leaky roofs & walls, from not being built properly. The houses are built on foundations that haven't had proper drying time, so you end up with cracks in your home. They say you can't have aggressive dog breeds, unless you pay for a piece of paper saying the dog is a therapy dog; so, it makes it okay.
