The only reason I’m giving one star is because there wasn’t an option to give zero. When we moved in, we chose this property because it was advertised as a gated and secure community. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. The front gate has been consistently broken since we moved in, and for the past two months, it hasn’t been functioning at all. The entrance lights have also been out, making the property even less secure at night. At this point, the gates are essentially open 24/7. We constantly see people walkin... read more

There is barely any guest parking. They have 4 spots for the entire complex and threaten to tow cars if they are double parked when that is the only option they leave. Don’t live here if you have friends, they expect everyone here to be lonely. With barely any guest spots, they leave notes on tenants doors saying to follow parking rules but nearly make it impossible for guests to do so.

The parking situation here is horrible. Nearly every time I get home, someone is parked in front of my garage or in my assigned parking spot. Other apartment communities clearly post towing company information and signage throughout the property, which actually deters unauthorized parki... read more

This complex has a lot of potential, but the parking situation is extremely disappointing. Despite apartments costing over $3,000 a month, parking is not included. They limit residents to two spaces total (one garage spot and one additional space for $250 per month). If you have more than one vehicle, you’re essentially forced to pay extra just to park. I’ve never encountered a policy like this, and I was surprised that parking isn’t part of the lease. It feels unreasonable to charge residents additional rent for access to w... read more
