Had an 11am appointment to tour Las Palmas. Was greeted by Isabella and from beginning to end of tour. Isabella was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The complex and apartment units are well maintained and great amenities.
We lived at Las Palmas for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it! The property has a lot of charm and is tucked away in a quiet and cozy area of Fullerton just close enough to downtown that you are not bothered by busy downtown life. The property is extremely well maintained by both friendly maintenance staff and management staff. There is a real feeling of community living here. Can't say enough good things about the Las Palmas Fullerton! Manager Josh Westbury and his team are excellent and make this the best run apartment complex in the land. Check it out if you're looking for a safe, fun, well-kept place to live.
Josh is awesome and we applied because the community was beautiful peaceful and welcoming for our little family. Unfortunately they did not allow me to get in because of my past which is something that is behind me and forgotten. It’s been such a long time and it’s unfortunate that these places won’t let you forget and move forward. And that’s why I only gave it 3 stars. Overall awesome community and awesome staff. Super cool amenities.
