Best maintenance team around..
The maintenance people here are very, very good. They are respectful, fast, and capable. Jose has fixed a few things in our apartment, and gets the job the done; even if something might look like it's going to take a long time (like other places), he gets things done quickly.
Had an 11am appointment to tour Las Palmas. Was greeted by Isabella and from beginning to end of tour. Isabella was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The complex and apartment units are well maintained and great amenities.
We lived at Las Palmas for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it! The property has a lot of charm and is tucked away in a quiet and cozy area of Fullerton just close enough to downtown that you are not bothered by busy downtown life. The property is extremely well maintained by both friendly maintenance staff and management staff. There is a real feeling of community living here. Can't say enough good things about the Las Palmas Fullerton! Manager Josh Westbury and his team are excellent and make this the best run apartment complex in the land. Check it out if you're looking for a safe, fun, well-kept place to live.
