I love las palapas the food and customer service is always great. Friendly staff. I would recommend this location food came quickly.
When I arrived, the restaurant was not busy, with only about six other customers inside. I placed an order for food to go at the counter. As I waited, more customers arrived, placed their orders, received their food, and departed before me. After waiting for over 40 minutes, I was ready to cancel my order and request a refund when a staff member suddenly noticed my food was waiting on the side. Unsurprisingly, the meal was cold. Ain't nothing express about this location.. line takes forever with just 3 vehicles.. bunch of mumbling high schoolers. This location needs training and a menu price reduction.
Food is alright but the star of the show is Bex. She’s on top of everything and never makes me feel judged when I roll through the drive thru higher than a $100 kite. Not like that old lady at the whataburger that gives me judgy eyes. Seriously, give her a raise. She’s the best.
