Went through drive thru ordered the 1dozen family tamale special. Made it home and only had 6 tamales with everything else. Went back and apparently the cook in the back doesn't understand 12 tamales come in a dozen. I received my missing 6 tamales, went home and 2 of the tamales from the original order were dried out burnt. Other that the food, Jacobs guest service was awesome. He did apologize for the inconvenience.
Nice staff & great food @ a great price. I enjoy coming to this location. I’ve eaten here 2 time’s in last to day’s 💪🏽💕
This Las Palapas is great! Food is always good, service is always great. Highly recommend!
They were semi busy but they put the hot food out quickly and it was very good.
They forgot my taco norteño. I called them and I was told to go pick it up.I went 45 minutes later and they wanted to give me a taco that had been sitting there. Didn't even offer a drink for the inconvenience of me having to drive all the way back. The guy was nice but the person he was talking to was just ignoring him and didn't want to answer him on how long the taco had been sitting there.
