Terrible service. My doctor ordered a compounded medication on Tuesday and I called on Wednesday asking for the status. They claimed they needed 48 hours to compound the medication. It was stated to me that by Wednesday or Thursday I would get a call to pick up the medication. I never got a call. I called today - an entire week after - and the man that answered was disrespectful and stated “oh the medication has been ready and we have been sending texts but it doesn’t look like they went to your phone number”.
