Count on this one As a child this restaurant was called Pancho's and it's main attraction was the huge colorful candle by the front register, built from stacking all the little ends of candles left on each table at night. Although it's changed names and owners several times since then, it still has the same copper-topped tables, Mexican-costumed waitresses and velvet paintings of bullfighters on the walls. Wonderful! Just returned from a month in Tucson. We "discovered" Las Margaritas after eating at a few other places. It was so good that we never ate anywhere else for the rest of our stay:) Remember we are from the East Coast where this kind of Mexican food is rare. Great staff, friendly, helpful with explanations. Nothing fancy-but great food and terrific Margaritas!

Las Margaritas Restaurant Nice, family-style restaurant. Very good, tasty food and good sized portions. The staff are very friendly and courteous. It is an older restaurant, but I think that tells you that their food is good enough to pass the test of time. It isn't fancy, but is a nice place to go for lunch or to take your family out to dinner. PROS: Great food CONS: none

Don't go! Not impressed it was sweltering hot in the restaurant and when requested cooler temperatures a fan was set out. Service was slow at best we got our own chips and water and the prices were extremely high for what we recieved, $80 for 3 people oh and did I mention salsa in a ketchup squeeze bottle? Outrageous! Don't go!
