I love the food and have eaten there many times. But last friday it was jam packed and there were 6 kids running around the whole restaurant while the parents sat there ignoring it. And they were literally sitting to the side of my table. With Covid you would think people would have more common sense and respect for others.
RecommendedLas Margaritas is my preferred Mexican Restautant in Central Illinois. the staff is prompt and friendly, the drinks are great, and the food is AMAZING. If you haven't tried Las Margaritas, you are definitely missing out..

i ordered the chicken and steak nachos on fri the 26th was my bday present to myself they were rude when i prefer but i figured they were busy. Then i get to work open my food and it was barely any meat in there i paid 17.85 for chips and cheese basiclly!!! So I called talked to a manager and he said he would replace my food and asked when I would i want it.... I told them today. I do not recommend las margaritas for large groups especially if your from Decatur. we had to beg for wash towels for tables, straws, napkins, to take our order and even to pay to get our bills...3 hours later, we are finally leaving! One waitress was doing noticeably more work than ANY of the others. One of the waiters was on his cellphone Another couple sitting at the register chit chatting. How can you mess up tacos 4 times? Stop microwaving your mistakes and make it right! Gross food and rude service equals zero stars would not recommend. No customers service to even attempt to fix the problem! We will NOT return!
Ate with Daughter last night. Have eaten there many times. Last night was terrible. Food had to be returned 4 times. Still was not correct. Waiter was slow and rude. Ask for owners name , would not give it said he was out of town for a week. Offered nothing note even an Sorry. Zero stars would not go back. Here are too many Mexican restaurants in town to be treated like we were.
First time eating out since Covid. Excellent atmosphere, excellent service! I hope everyone tips their servers well because they’re running their little selves to death. Zoey did a great job with a lot of tables to juggle!! 👏🏼👏🏼
