My mom, who had a second stroke in late December, went to try and get an appointment. Who ever was at the desk was very rude, and did not let her talk. My mom asked me to speak to her and this lady did NOT let me get in a word at all and said she did not understand what my mom needed or what she was not understanding in a very condescending tone. I recently went to a appointment for a physical that took over 4 months to schedule, previously I’ve gone multiple times and complain to them about chest pressure and heart palpitations and all they say it might me anxiety something minor ! They seem not to care about the patients health. They look at people like they’re crazy or weird and not properly diagnosing throughly and properly. Urgent care makes you an appointment at a certain time but then they tell you to go earlier than your appointment time but without changing appointments and registration and nurse end up not wanting to see you earlier until your appointment time. They need more communication with Urgent care. Had same experience fir Ultrasound appointment I scheduled an appointment for Nov 20 they later in the evening called me to go the next day on Fri. Worst service healthcare provider don't e en want to take calls called earlier and someone answered to just tell me to wait again phone service is horrible they take so long to answer and the new messaging for making appointments as well don't receive the messages they take long on coming in or to late made an appointment for my daughter and they called to make one but wasn't available to answer forgot to call back, but apparently they made an appointment which was this October 22nd when they didn't even call me to let me kn... read more
