Definitely not as imagined? First off, there was a dead roach as soon as I walked in to tour the place, The homeless everywhere was a red flag also, painting peeling and the air was real stuffy and smelled moldy, so not recommend
Roaches, homeless wandering around, 3x homeless ppl and crackheads have tried to enter my apartment just because the door is cracked a few inches in the summer, gate is constantly always broke, there have been break ins by the homeless, the car gate has also closed and damaged my car when the sensor should’ve have stopped it, water is hot for 10 minutes IF LUCKY, MOLD MOLD MOLD!! Constant unit floods, wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE!! Huge roaches, nasty, Not an honest landlord either, DONT WALK AWAY , Ruuuuun!! Away
