Casa serana was perfect cozy, clean, comfortable. The outside patio was perfect for hanging out. There is a pretty wide gap in between the two homes below which gives you a great ocean view. The home has everything you need for a fun comfortable stay. Mark the property manager is great. Great communicator and was spot on with his discription of the home and property. We will go back for sure. It’s such an easy drive down for San Clemente

The house is larger than we expected. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. Everything is very clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful. We had an excellent experience.
The home is spacious and common area is perfect for family and friends to enjoy. Las Gaviotas is a great place to stay. We love the amenities and the beautiful views.
Es un fraccionamiento a la horilla del mar, tiene excelentes vistas y andadores. Cuenta con alberca, jacuzzi y playa privada. Puedes rentar una casa con todos los servicios y disfrutar de sus instalaciones. El acceso es controlado por lo que es muy seguro. Es importante conocer las reglas para el uso de cada área ya que si faltas a alguna hay cobros económicos desde 100 dlls.
