In short i regret signing that contract. Why? Basically broken windows and worthless AC force u to buy your own AC, falling window screens make bad bedrooms. Bad sewage system and a sink and a small toilet and a bathtub make bad bathroom , constant dirty swimming pool with mold in it make it hard to look at rather than swimming. Oh oh and the management? It's the worst ; if u complain about something u won't hear a lot from them but if she wants to charge u for something she will be on it. I hate it here so much
