staff was extremely helpful and comforting
This clinic is amazing! Very helpful and supportive during my decision
Front desk was very rude and judgmental. Not understanding at all. After the phone call of me asking questions, they didn’t realize I was still on the phone and I heard them making negative comments about how I mentioned I was unsure and just wanted to get clarification. It’s not a welcoming environment for someone navigating an unplanned pregnancy where there’s already a lot of stress around it.
Disgusting
Came here to have a procedure. Called to make an appointment and was seen 2 days later. All the staff was super friendly and made sure that I felt safe and understood what was going on the whole time. The procedure went smoothly and I was done in less than 3 hours. I don't think my experience could have gone any better.
