Illegally moved from this location without informing patients. Will retaliate against patients for reporting this illegal behavior to the medical board.
I called as a new patient, after deciding to join the practice I was put on hold and waited for over 10 min before putting the phone down when no one came back to me. I called again and was told the person who took my call had left their desk. This is not the way to treat exiting and prospective customers/patients.
