They made zero effort to collect a debt, never asked to make a payment plan, nothing. Got a letter from debt collectors. What gives?
Unethical billing practices. I’m calling the Lohman main office. Can’t connect. Of course you can’t. Score should be zero
I have NO idea what they have done for me through all my chemotherapy and all other issues the past 18 months. They never billed me but sent me straight to collections twice. IDIOTS and unethical.
If I could give zero stars to this unethical business I would. My son had an ear infection and a 5 minute visit to a physicians assistant netted me a $400 bill. Why you ask? I had the audacity to believe the front desk when they said they would take my insurance. But lo and behold they didn't. Had they accurately told me that my insurance want accepted BEFORE the fact, I would have happily driven to Mexico where they don't gouge consumers.
