Received a collections call for a service I never received. Seems like a possible billing error or mistaken identity—I don’t even live in Las Cruces. Cannot charge for services not rendered. Planning to report the issue to the Office of Inspector General.
I have had excellent care at all three providers I have used through Memorial Medical Physicians Services. Billing has been done both through email and regular mail with no problems there either.
They made zero effort to collect a debt, never asked to make a payment plan, nothing. Got a letter from debt collectors. What gives?
Unethical billing practices. I’m calling the Lohman main office. Can’t connect. Of course you can’t. Score should be zero
I have NO idea what they have done for me through all my chemotherapy and all other issues the past 18 months. They never billed me but sent me straight to collections twice. IDIOTS and unethical.
