I rented a beautiful home from this business, sight unseen, in August 2020 for an out of state move. I could not be happier with the way everything was done by our agent. Whenever we needed anything done, which was seldom, it was taken care of. The house was great, we really enjoyed it. And when we had a problem with job loss, they worked with us to help with finding a new tenant. Received our security deposit very quickly as well, mailed to our new address. Great experience, very professional and courteous.

I would NOT RECOMMEND renting from Beth J****** - owner of Las Cruces Homes and Land. Before I moved in to one of her rental homes I was living out of state. I contacted her office and inquired about a home listed on ******located in Las Cruces, N.M. She described the home and the area and after reviewing pictures and video, I ultimately entered into a lease agreement with her. The mess started when I arrived to the home in July, peak of summer. I am giving one star because there's not zero. The worst property management!! Beth J******/Las Cruces Homes and Land does not take care of your property. She only looks for reasons to overcharge. She managed my property for 18 months and left the plants getting dried and never took care of my property. She charges 10% of the rent payment but she manages to overcharge for many different causes. If you value your property, don't put it in her hands.

From lack of response, to name calling, to telling us "to quit our whining", the tears we spent renting from this company were by far the worst experienced. Beth *******is rude, unprofessional, a liar and a cheat. It would behoove any future tenant to stay far away from properties managed by this woman.
