Excellent to deal with!
Worst of the worst companies to work with when buying a home. Even though I told them several times that I was to have a specific amount as seller credit included in the closing numbers (and they acknowledged and assured me it would be), the amount was not included. They went so far as to "finalize" the WRONG numbers with the mortgage company without my approval or confirmation. Absolutely terrible.
