The worst feeling to have is to feel like the staff is looking down on you. The staff has a sense of superiority and not down to earth and friendly :(
Pretty much got turned away because I walked in as they were closing, which I didn’t realize. You don’t have to be rude about it though! I guess I’ll just order what I need online!
My most recent experience with Las Cosas involved our Jura S8 automatic coffee machine, which we dearly love. I commented about the fact that it was not grinding the beans and I was going to have to send it back to the factory again after having it refurbished one year and a half ago. Cheryl, the employee helping me, suggested I speak with owner Mike Walker. Mike came out front immediately and confirmed that the Jura rep. was coming to the store in two weeks.
