Awful management, not paying staff on time, don't work for this company - it will cause you nothing but stress
So sad to see these careers struggle due to incompetent management not paying their staff on time
Awful company to work for my partner worked for them around a year and every month had to ask for his wages, at last he's out avoid this company
My comments relate to the mismanagement of the organisation and the lack of care from office staff not the carers working with the clients themselves. The carers I have met who work for this company are wonderful caring ladies who do a fabulous job. The office staff in my experience don’t care about their clients at all. They change appointment times or cancel appointments without letting the client know. They send male carers to clients who expressed female carer only. They don’t return calls.
