I would highly recommend Vista Physical Therapy to fast track your recovery from any surgery or injury. I had both hips replaced within the span of 2 months, and with the tutelage and care I received from the staff at Vista my recovery has been shockingly productive! Friendly people/staff and really helped me in fixing my lower back pain
I absolutely loved my time rehabbing my shoulder at Vista. All of the staff are patient and kind. Melissa at the front desk is easy to talk to and incredibly nice. My trainer Sam is a lot of fun to work with. More importantly, he's very knowledgeable. He explained the biology of my injury on my first day and structured a plan to make it better.
