Very bad costumer service!!!
Very bad costumer service!!!
This center is responsible for saving my brothers life after a very serious life threatening episode. After what is now a month in intensive care, my brother will come out to extensive care alive and alert. All staff met, all doctors and a special mention to Lattoya, who all have been extraordinary. Blessings to everyone.

Bad customer service. Some are good which I really appreciate but plenty haven't got any customer service skills. I experienced much better service in Baylor hospital near MacArthur but unfortunately our insurance company took us here. We'll be trying to get back at Baylor definitely. I'll be happy when our time in this hospital is over. ☺️
