Receptionist is the worst, least professional, rude person I have ever had to deal with. She is absolutely useless. The doctor even more so, I called in multiple times to speak on the results of my test with the doctor and never got a call back when they promised me they would. It’s been weeks and I’ve received no call…. Please avoid this place if possible, they do not care about you, your diagnosis, or your wellbeing. I have no clue why anyone working there is in healthcare.
Dr. Basani is the absolute best!!! Highly recommend!!! My A1C is the best it’s been in 10 years thanks to her!
I've been coming here since 2022 when i moved to TX. Dr. Basani has been great, she takes the time to explain things, gets information of what you're doing and analizes the data to do the changes needed in my treatment. After I go I feel motivated to follow my treatment. The people working there are nice, they are always willing to help.
