PICK UP THE PHONE!!! It took 2-3 weeks of calling every day to get them to schedule a follow up for me. Still very much so on the fence as to whether I’ll continue receiving care here. If you can’t pick the phone up why do you even have a receptionist or front office staff at all?? Even if you call 10 times in a row during normal business hours they won’t pick up… Never had this issue anywhere in my life
Dr Basani has been able to guide me through my treatment really well, can’t complain here. Three stars for not being called in on time. Ever. I come 5-10 minutes before my appointment time and have to wait 20-30 minutes to get in and another 10-20 to see the doctor.
I don’t know much of what to say, Other than they seem incompetent, to be polite.
Receptionist is the worst, least professional, rude person I have ever had to deal with. She is absolutely useless. The doctor even more so, I called in multiple times to speak on the results of my test with the doctor and never got a call back when they promised me they would. It’s been weeks and I’ve received no call…. Please avoid this place if possible, they do not care about you, your diagnosis, or your wellbeing. I have no clue why anyone working there is in healthcare.
