This is THE WORST experience I have EVER had calling an office in my LIFE. Marie frankly does not have the skill set or knowledge to deal with potential patients. I called last week to make an appointment, the receptionist said they accept my insurance, but they need a referral. I immediately called my office to provide the referral which was faxed twice to their office. I called back, and they said they had not received it. I called again and started speaking with Marie. I had the worst experience here. I had to get a biopsy on my thyroid done. I originally scheduled it for June 11th, they then cancelled that appointment because the Dr. Would be on vacation. Originally they wanted to reschedule it for July when she got back, obviously I was uncomfortable with that since this has to do with cancer and I was already nervous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service is ridiculous. They don’t answer the phones and apparently they diagnose patients with TUMORS before even discussing it with them. Only saw this doctor one time and the initial visit was great, but after the appointment is when it went south. At the first visit she ordered lab work and stated we would go from there. Before lab work was completed and before any other tests, this dr had already decided I had a tumor and DIDNT EVEN TELL ME. It was listed in the ... read more
I've been seeing Dr. Basani for about 3 years or so and I love working with her. She is great at making workable suggestions without making you feel guilty. I love working with her staff as well. I don't have to wait too long to get checked in for my appointments. They also have a great messaging and communication available via Healow app. I love visiting this office for my check-ups.
