Very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Sharma’s office. I had already completed most of the new patient information online, yet was made to re-enter everything on an iPad, which took nearly 45 minutes. After all that, I was told my appointment had to be rescheduled because Dr. Sharma was not there — and no one even notified me. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a week. I keep getting transferred to a voicemail. I call back numerous times, only to be transferred to voicemail again. It is extremely frustrating and should not be so difficult!!
I love it here under the circumstances! From the front office to the back! I’m greeted with smiles and kind words! I have the best oncology in the world! Dr. Pinnapureddy!
Arrived at 7:40 am for a 8 am appointment. They require arrival 15 minutes before appointment and had confirmed via voicemail. When we arrived the doors are locked. I called phone was answered by answering service who cant take a message. They don’t open until 8:30 am. I guess because it a cancer center they don’t care about patients schedule or time.
I’ve had a very bad experience at this location—not just once, but multiple times. Today was especially frustrating. The front desk gave us an appointment, but when we arrived, the nurse told us the treatment couldn’t be done because the doctor wasn’t available. Why schedule appointments if the doctor (Dr. Sharma) is not there? This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable.
