I love it here under the circumstances! From the front office to the back! I’m greeted with smiles and kind words! I have the best oncology in the world! Dr. Pinnapureddy!
Arrived at 7:40 am for a 8 am appointment. They require arrival 15 minutes before appointment and had confirmed via voicemail. When we arrived the doors are locked. I called phone was answered by answering service who cant take a message. They don’t open until 8:30 am. I guess because it a cancer center they don’t care about patients schedule or time.
I’ve had a very bad experience at this location—not just once, but multiple times. Today was especially frustrating. The front desk gave us an appointment, but when we arrived, the nurse told us the treatment couldn’t be done because the doctor wasn’t available. Why schedule appointments if the doctor (Dr. Sharma) is not there? This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable. we having a lot of confusion about their time for scheduling front desk and nurse from inside having miscommunication when u go on time they says u guys are not scheduled and even lady from front desk give us time but inside have different stories waist of a lot of time dr sharma never in this clinic most of time he is busy in different locations we are working people making time from work is very difficult they should have well known about it before giving schedule even 10 minutes late they consider its late at least they s... read more
It takes an ACT of GOD to get admin. to accomplish ANYTHING! From start (making an appointment / insurance / communication) to finish (paying a $5 bill) it was a very unprofessional & unpleasant experience. I will however say the gentleman who did the scan was the only good that came from this experience. If we didn't have to go here we wouldn't have.
