Had the Lomo Saltado. It was awesome.
We decided to try Las Caverns on a whim while we were visiting Shenandoah national park. We are so glad we did! The food was incredible and the service was very friendly. I would highly recommend the half chicken and sides combo. The flavor was amazing and the chicken was very moist and tender. If we are in the area again we have to come back!
