When we first moved in there the building was nice. After our year there, we decided to move because the people that were coming in were very shady. We had people parked in our space and people making loud noises at late times.
Must update my review. I hate it here. An increase in rent but then and increase in crime and debauchery. "Crime has no address", but refuses to fix easily accessible gates and maintain a presence on the property. The attitude of a 5 star hotel but the effort and quality of a highway underpass.
Awesome apartments the staff is very friendly. Nicole and Cheryl very professional never had any issues with neighbors or anybody.

I had a Great experience with Nicole here. i was looking for 2b some places don’t answer the phore around high desert but Nicole made sure answer all my questions regarding property, is very friendly and professional. Ones I decide to move in hesperia, I would definitely go for Las casitas. Thank you for the wonderful experience
