Because it's a beautiful place I love it.
Did a tour woth three different places in the complex and was giving a lot of options. The front office was extremely helpful with the entire move in process and found the best place with the most affordable price within our budget. 👍🏻😁 The area is great as our the neighbors , you really get a quiet relaxed vibe while living there. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment/ townhome !👍🏻
My husband and I were tenants at Las Brisas a few years ago and had to move away due to personal family issues. We were sad to leave. We got through the family issue and the first place we thought of when planning the next phase in our lives was Las Brisas!!! We moved back in February of this year and we are so happy. This place is our home. There are friendly neighbors and the complex is nice and clean. We especially love the two young ladies in the office, Chanel and Lindsay. They are professional and courteous.
