Very friendly workers. Fabio and Carmen got me and my family a really good travel package including flights, resort and activity’s for a great price. I have been scheduling travels with them for 10 years or more and I’ve never had any issues with any of vacations.
Muy poco profesionales yo asistí comprando vuelos para mi jefe y sus niños y el señor nos dio falsa información y no nos informó que el perro no podría viajar hasta que nosotros le llamamos el día antes ahora nos cuelga y no quiere asistir en rehacer la reservación. El señor fue grosero con mi jefe y colgándome y llamando me niña honestamente nunca los recomendaría menos los volveremos a usar. Pedí hablar con el dueño o manager y el señor me colgó múltiples veces Experiencia horrible
