My son got four wisdom teeth out by Dr. Carson. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Carson has been nothing but kind, caring and professional. I’ve had many interactions with doctors in my years, and I would say he’s in the top three that anyone in our family has ever experienced. He literally called us on a Saturday to check on my son. Blessings to the whole office!

Worst experience ever from the front desk. They never called medicine in and hung up on me when I tried to fix situation. Then instead of letting me speak to the Dr or manager they canceled my appointment the day before that was scheduled for months. All because they forgot to call in prescription and tried to blame the pharmacy. I now chose a different surgeon Dr. Szakaly and have been impressed so far with his establishment. The receptionist is very rude. I called to see if the office accepted my insurance and she told me no then without saying anything else she hung up on me. I’m glad they don’t accept my insurance because she would be a problem.
They explained every step of my procedure before and during the work. Very caring and supportive.
