I was flooded by my neighbors living above my condo and Lartek did the repair work. I’ve lived in this condo for over twenty years and I remodeled it a few times. So, I have the basic understanding of what needs to be done. Lartek did everything to perfection: measured where the moisture was, opened the ceiling and the walls, ditched the wet drywall and insulation, dried everything, and restored the damaged bathroom and living room to the look of a brand new condition.
