La empleada que tienen es muy malcriada, grocera, ( bajita de pelo teñido ) y no sirve para servicio al cliente, venimos desde west palm beach, muchos años atras y nunca nos habian tratado asi. Viendo que mas comprar, a cada momento era algo mas, algo mas, que mas … pésimo servicio, una lastima ..!!!

I used to love this bakery. Aside from their wifi system being down and having no register, I paid cash for my Chantilly cake with fruits and I innocently drove home. The cake was most likely a week old. It was so DRY that my METAL SPOON was having a hard time breaking rhrough it. Highly doubt a 10 minute drive would make the cake so dry. I don't even have AC! people who work the phone are very rude. If you speak English they hang up on you right after. after my 3rd time calling back to back I finally got a hold on someone that was bilingual and they left me on hold for 10 minutes, when I had called back I asked to speak to the women who I spoke to before and they told me no and when I tried to translate Spanish to make a order they hung up on me again. this has happened to me on 3 different occasions. there's nothing wrong with a language barrier, but if the customer is at least ... read more
Primera ves que visito este lugar que me recomendaron y fue una completa decepción. El servicio al cliente fue horrible. La señora que nos atendió se veía que no tenía ánimos de estar ahí y menos atender. Pedimos una Butifarra, un pionono, un café americano y una Kola Inglesa. Pedimos Ají/picante y nos dijeron que se había acabado. Entonces le pedí a la señora otra crema que puedan detener y prácticamente me dijo que tenía mayonesa y ketchup.
