Limped into Fort Macleod last summer with a flat tire.,looking for a garage that might help me out. Pulled in to Larson's Tire Service and was greeted by a great bunch of guys. These people know the meaning of Customer Service. They jumped on my car right after lunch and it was ready to go about 40 minutes later. I felt like a King !!! $ 25 bucks for the tire and a box of donuts for the staff and I was on my way... Great service,Great Staff ,and a Great Experience from start to finish. It’s okay for tires but be prepared to not have transparency, and blatant lies when they give you an estimated time. Never bring your vehicle in there for vehicle maintenance, they don’t take responsibility for theyre mess ups and will charge you with no pity. Seems to me that they stay busy so they have little to no concern for there costumers, I know multiple people stated saying that there desk workers will continuously brush people off. Myself included 👎🏽 be better
We had our winter tires installed by our auto dealership in Lethbridge, but the spacers were unfortunately forgotten—something we didn’t realize at the time. When we noticed vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds, we had to make an emergency stop in Fort Macleod at this tire shop. They immediately identified the problem and went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road, even though it was near closing time.
