They didn't even knock when they dropped off my lawn mowers. I was home and waiting for them. Seriously something wrong if they can't knock. Also when they picked them up, I was home, and they knocked once and decided to try to let themselves into my shed as if they owned my house. I came to the door as they were walking away... Poor interactions with people.

Glenn Larson worked very hard for me. He went beyond all expectations to ensure that my lawnmower was not defective by checking with the company. The company sent a representative and replaced my engine the cost of installation. Other shops, did not work to find the best solution for the customer. I highly recommend Larson's Lawnmower shop for the best service and representation of a client.
