They didn't even knock when they dropped off my lawn mowers. I was home and waiting for them. Seriously something wrong if they can't knock. Also when they picked them up, I was home, and they knocked once and decided to try to let themselves into my shed as if they owned my house. I came to the door as they were walking away... Poor interactions with people.
