Got an oil change & had a recall taken care of. My car was ready before I needed it as always. I like the text updates and the video walk around.

Service center has no idea how to service electric vehicles. They burned out my low voltage battery doing a simple software update recall. Brought it in several times for simple problems and they keep making up stories about how the problems my truck is having are “normal” and intended by Ford. Ridiculous
