So, I gave Heritage Tractor a chance to see what service they provide for my 544J Loader. Had a leak on the lift cylinder. Call on Friday September 18th. Had them Oder the seal kits and come to the mill to fix the cylinder. Service guy told me that they will have the parts and be out early Monday morning. Monday morning rolls around and no service guy by 9am and no courtesy call for an update. So had to call them to see what was up. I had a very bad experience with this company. Purchased a used tractor in May, John Deere 3010. Nothing but problems since day one, no support at all from dealership. Tractor was used for about 15/20 hours at best. I now have a $5000.00 boat anchor. For more detail 5733772191.

Kind, helpful, met my needs. Dealt with Mike G. In sales and as he had to deal with computer and printer issues he remained professional and humorous!! Highly recommend
