We took our 4-year-old twins for their required Kindergarten eye exam and had such a great experience! Rebecca was absolutely wonderful with the kids. She somehow managed to make the visit fun, even with two energetic little ones with short attention spans. Dr. Macek was equally fantastic, very professional, friendly, and great with kids. He did a great job of explain the vision results to me and comparing them with the norms for their age. The front desk is rude and Dr. Macek should consider retirement.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns.
Wonderful professional care by all the staff beginning from the registration, reception, technologists, nurses and not to mention the star, Dr. Sophia Sarkos! We have been taken care by the outstanding facility and extremely knowledgeable and caring medical doctor for a long time. We recommend highly if you need an eye doctor. We drive all the way from the downtown Chicago to see Dr. Sarkos in spite of heavy traffic and it is worth the trouble of driving.
