This place it a total joke.
I would like to share that this business lost a potential customer today. I got new insurance this year through my employer. I looked up optometry on my insurance website. This business came up at maximum savings. The person I spoke with made it seem like I was a nuisance by calling to make an appointment let alone have some questions. She did everything she could to make me not feel welcomed here. Talked down to me several times in this call. She begrudgingly looked me up with my id card information. I experienced a negative reaction from a place like this down in Pontiac. It was an all girl eye care establishment; meaning that there were no males working there. If you rub one of them the wrong way, the whole store turns on you. i was lucky to get out of there in one piece. Not saying this place would do likewise but the hormones were definitely overwhelming. There might even be a guy working there but I didn't see any. Just to be in the safe side, I excused my way out of there before they declared war on me.
